General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between Blossom Care and any person visiting or making a purchase via the website https://www.blossomcare.fr.
VAT is not applicable - Article 293B of the CGI (General Tax Code).
2. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products and services offered by Blossom Care to the Customer.
3. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general terms and conditions of sale set out on this page and expressly declares that they accept them without reservation.
4. Conditions of use of the online store
You declare that you are at least of legal age in your region, province, or state and that you have authorized any minor to use our site.
Any use of our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes and any violation of the laws of your jurisdiction when using the service is prohibited.
Any breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your Services.
5. Order
The order will only be considered effective once the ordering process has been completed, payment has been made, and confirmed by our service.
6. Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Blossom Care reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
7. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer may pay by credit card or PayPal.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. Delivery times are indicative only, i.e. within 2-5 working days if the product is in stock, or between 7-10 working days if it is a pre-order.
9. Returns and right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 working days to return, at their own expense, any products that do not suit them, in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
10. Guarantees and after-sales service
Blossom Care undertakes to refund or exchange any products that are defective or do not correspond to the Customer's order.
11. Intellectual property
All elements of the https://www.blossomcare.fr website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Blossom Care.
12. Personal data
Blossom Care undertakes to protect its customers' personal data. No personal information will be disclosed to third parties without the Customer's explicit consent.
13. Disputes
