Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At Blossom Care , we want to guarantee a transparent and respectful shopping experience, both for our customers and for our commitments to responsible selection.


Products eligible for return


Products that are immediately available (in stock) can be returned under the following conditions:
  • The product must be unopened, unused , and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Once the return has been validated and the product received, the refund will be made via the original payment method , within a maximum of 14 days .

Please note : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.


Products not eligible for return


For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or refunds will be accepted for:
  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased via pre-order
  • Products on promotion or sale
  • Products ordered on demand (orders made specifically according to customer preferences)
These products are prepared or ordered specifically according to demand, which does not allow them to be restocked.


Defective product or order error


If a product is received damaged, defective , or does not match the original order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt , attaching photos of the product in question.
A suitable solution (replacement or refund) will be offered to you as soon as possible.


Pre-order


Products purchased via pre-order are subject to a minimum order quantity. If this minimum is not met, the order is automatically cancelled and fully refunded.


Order cancellation


Some items may be offered to you in different forms. This cancellation policy specifies how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.

- In stock

Products in stock can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped.

- Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon.
Once the pre-order has been confirmed, you cannot cancel it.

- On request

When you order a product that is not in the catalog and has not yet been ordered from our partners, you have the option to cancel, add to, or modify this order.
